ACC regular-season winner
Duke: -650 (bet $10 to win $11.54 total)
Virginia: +450 (bet $10 to win $55 total)
What to know: These odds have gotten a little closer since Duke was -1100 last week. The Blue Devils are 14-1 in conference play, while the Cavaliers are 13-2. If Virginia hopes to overtake Duke, it will likely need to win their lone matchup, which will take place at Cameron Indoor on Feb. 28.
Big 12 regular-season winner
Arizona: -1600 (bet $10 to win $10.63 total)
Kansas: +1300 (bet $10 to win $140 total)
Iowa State: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)
Texas Tech: +9000 (bet $10 to win $910 total)
Houston: +40000 (bet $10 to win $4,010 total)
What to know: This one could go a number of ways. Consider this: Houston was the -105 favorite just six days ago. However, after losing three straight in-conference, it is the longest of long shots. In conference, Arizona is 13-2, while Kansas, Iowa State, Texas Tech and Houston are all 11-4. The Wildcats will close the season against the Jayhawks, Cyclones and Colorado Buffaloes.
Big East regular-season winner
St. John’s: -225 (bet $10 to win $14.44 total)
UConn: +175 (bet $10 to win $27.50 total)
What to know: UConn and St. John’s will duke it out in this conference. The Huskies are 15-2 in conference play after a recent upset loss to Creighton, while the Red Storm are 15-1. The two teams have already played once this season, back on Feb. 6 at St. John’s. SJU won 81-72. They will face off again in Connecticut on Wednesday. That one could decide the regular-season conference title. Buckle up.

What to know: This conference is Michigan’s to lose. The Wolverines are 16-1 in conference play, three games ahead of second-place Illinois, with three conference games to go.
SEC regular-season winner
Florida: -2500 (bet $10 to win $10.40 total)
Arkansas: +1200 (bet $10 to win $130 total)
Alabama: +4000 (bet $10 to win $410 total)
What to know: The defending national champions are 12-2 in conference play, followed by the Razorbacks and Crimson Tide at 10-4. Florida will host Arkansas on Feb. 28, in a game that will have major bearing on the regular-season conference race.
